October 1st is the final deadline to reserve your room with the $100 deposit. Please keep in mind that the first night’s payment will be due December 3rd, and the remaining balance will be due in January.

These dates are firm deadlines, and unfortunately, we will not be able to offer any extensions. We truly want everyone who plans to celebrate with us to have plenty of time to prepare, so please plan accordingly. 🤍
